As this tumultuous week comes to an end, I am grateful for the peacefulness this New Day has presented to me. I am also embracing energy of the New Moon phase; new beginnings and release of any crap I’ve been harvesting inside of me.
You don’t have to share anyone’s faith or beliefs but it’s wise for you to establish your own.
Sure, you can listen to what others experience; what others advise but what truly resonates with who you are?
- What feels right with your spirit?
- What comforts you during a time of distress/dis-ease?
- Beginning with these questions you can create your very own spiritual belief/value system.
So, Beautiful Spirits, what New Beginnings are you creating during this New Moon phase? Spend a few minutes just with yourself today…
What changes do you want to implement into your life now to make it better?
What negative, stagnant energy will you release so you can freely move forward with creating the life you want?
Add at least two (2) items to your spiritual belief/value system.
I’d love to hear about the changes you are creating and sharing your thoughts will encourage others to do the same for themselves.

As always, wishing you Love, Peace & Blessings,
Dearest Beautiful Spirits,
Today began with me feeling…meh. Lately I’ve felt nothingness (is this even a word *chuckles*) perhaps because just knowing what you want to do with your life and actually doing it are two different things.
Unlike others, there’s never been that one thing I want to do every New Day; I want to awaken each day and do whatever my spirit feels like doing. I do not use lists or reminders, they aggravate me! I’m my best self when something pops into my head and I just start working on it.
Living as I do seems mostly unsettling, (especially to people who know me) yet there is a part of each person wishing for variety and adventure each day. I’ve been the person who followed rules; did as I was told and/or asked to do; diligent, loyal employee; nurturing mother, daughter, sister, friend; tried my best to live up to expectations of others; even allowed the words and opinions of others to dictate my decisions. Needless to say, I am no longer that person!
At this point in my life, FREEDOM is the most essential gift to me; it’s all I want, need and I will hold on to FREEDOM by any means necessary!
Just a note, FREEDOM can cause a reduction in people you’ve labeled as “friends”. Once I became empowered, people who were used to me saying yes to everything began to drop out of my life. Good news…people who truly love me are still with me, loving the authentic me even more than who I was pretending to be.
How do you honor yourself? The more we share, the more we inspire.
So today I embrace my space of nothingness and no longer feel anxious about spending time here. Nothingness doesn’t define who I am, it’s simply what I feel at times. Nothingness allows me to stop my mind from wandering to places that create personal hell for me. Nothingness allows my creative self to recharge; allows my spirit to find the next thing to make it smile. My space of nothingness affords opportunity for my intuition to blossom, leading me to make choices honoring my truest self.
Love, Peace & Blessings…
Dearest Beautiful Spirits,
I met someone yesterday who listened and shared themselves with me. Until then I had not realized just how much I needed that sort of connection with someone. I often hide myself from others because my beliefs and the way I “do” things are usually different from the “norm” (whatever that is, *chuckles*). It seems easier to be a lone wolf than to continuously subject myself to the questioning stares of others. Yet as a human being, I understand we are not meant to walk alone.
I don’t usually attach labels to myself, but I’m definitely an introvert! *chuckles* Besides being hurt by people I’ve trusted, it’s just never been easy for me to open up and share myself with others. I enjoy 1-on-1 interactions that offer deep exchange of ideas, thoughts and feelings but social settings in general…are not my thing! *chuckles*
My “yesterday companion” seemed kind and right away I was drawn to their energy as they were to mine. What began as a simple question, “Excuse me, do you know what time the bookstore closes?” turned into hours of satisfying conversation and we even threw in a meal. *chuckles* This was such a new experience for me; I was enamored by their seemingly genuine interest and understanding. I also enjoyed learning how they see the world and process knowledge.
Needless to say, as an introvert, I was extremely exhausted after our encounter; I came home and crashed shortly thereafter. I plan to spend today on my own because I am still recovering…
Have you had any similar experiences? While you were reading, were you shaking your head and smiling because you imagined exactly how my yesterday unfolded?
I’m sharing with you today because no matter what you’ve been through, no matter how anyone else perceives you, the greatest gift/honor to bestow upon yourself is to always be exactly who you are; without exception. Here’s the quick take-away:
- Don’t force yourself to fit a description someone else has created for you.
- Don’t hide who you are for the sake of avoiding potential conflict.
- Don’t’ ever believe that you are meant to walk alone; the one created to walk with you will become present when you are truly ready to appreciate their role in your life.
- Don’t take yourself seriously…EmbraceYourFlow
I’d love to hear about your Chance Encounters or Life Lessons. It’s always a blessing to learn the stories of others; it helps us put our own stories into perspective…
As always wishing you great Love, Peace & Blessings
“Find your strength within your peace, your peace within your strength. Both embedded within your soul; the very essence of who you are.” ~SereneNSassySoul
It’s worth it all to be who you are, always, no matter what. Who you are is all you truly have.
On this Thankful Tuesday, I say to you…
You are stronger than you’ve ever given yourself credit for however, strength without balance of peace is irrelevant. Also, peace without balance of strength is impotent.
Wholeness depends upon you tending to the health of your mind, body, soul, heart. Allowing yourself to feel what must be felt; (not in an emotional sense) simply allowing all of you to process what is and adjusting accordingly. Releasing what does not help you move forward; being aware of what propels you forward.
It’s all about the ebb and flow of your strength and peace; balance that you cannot force but comes to you when you allow yourself to be who you are.
Be thankful your strength has gotten you this far, now rely on your peace to keep moving forward. All the while being mindful to, EmbraceYourFlow…
Love, Peace & Blessings Beautiful Spirits,
