Good New Day Beautiful Souls! Quick share today.  When people experience trauma, there are usually one of two ways they process how this changes them: They lash outward at those around them somehow trying to release the pain. In essence, they punish the people around them in lieu of punishing whomever caused/was involved with their traumatic experience. Most often they do this unconsciously not realizing the trauma is actually affecting who and how they are. They lash out inward, unconsciously punishing themselves for “allowing” the trauma to happen. Usually spending their time pleasing and taking care of others to the point of neglecting themselves. Trauma wreaks havoc in our lives whether we are aware of it or not which is why the Journey Back to Self is extremely essential.  During a client session, as we delved deeper into the subject of trauma, I realized that I spent much of my life processing my traumatic experiences…lashing out inward. Beginning Your New Day

Good Day Beautiful Souls, 💜 Begin your New Day awakening 10 – 15 minutes earlier than when you actually need to. Take this time to connect with your Heart and Soul.  With your eyes closed, inhale deeply, hold for 5 seconds then exhale completely. Repeat this at least 3 times. Set your intentions for the New Day. What PERSONAL goal do you NEED to accomplish? What PERSONAL goal do you WANT to accomplish? What professional goal do you need to accomplish? What professional goal do you want to accomplish? Schedule time to do something nice for yourself no matter how small; you must always do something nice for yourself each New Day. Close your eyes again and seal your intentions for the New Day. Write them down so you can keep up with your progress Finally, begin your day with an energizing, warming drink of: FRESH ginger root (about the length of your index finger) Peel then smash your Ginger with the back of a tablespoon. Save Your Loved Ones…OPTIONS

This weekend, someone I care about became so overwhelmed dealing with her pain on her own that she decided her only OPTION was to leave this world. She was a Beautiful Spirit; her energy comforting and inspiring. She apparently was an expert hiding her pain because everyone that knew her said she was “happy” and “full of life”. According to everyone there was no indication that she was experiencing internal chaos to the point of no return. I had not seen her in a few weeks and the last time I saw her she did seem content. At the time of our last connection, I was experiencing my own internal chaos so perhaps I was not as tuned in as I normally am. My grief now with her passing is that I wish someone, if not me could have shown her another OPTION to managing her pain. I’m always asking everyone to pay attention to loved ones; listen to them and never dismiss their feelings. How you may deal with an issue is not how …
