As always, we continue to keep our work areas thoroughly sanitized. All containers are sterilized before creating your Delights. Since COVID-19 began, we’ve added the precaution of wearing face masks during our work day to ensure the integrity of our supplies and Delights. AromaHerbal Delights

SereneNSassySoul AromaHerbal Delights are handmade once your order is received. Our current processing time is 2 to 3 business days upon receipt of your order. Please note, large orders may require additional processing time and we will contact you to discuss. 

Orders received after 4:00PM EST will be processed the following business day. Orders received Saturday, Sunday or an observed Holiday will be processed the next business day. 

Payments

SereneNSassySoul uses PayPal and Stripe to process website payments. Payments may occasionally take a few days to clear. Please note, your order will not be processed until payment has cleared.

SereneNSassySoul AromaHerbal Delights are handcrafted upon receiving your order therefore, changes cannot be made to an order once it is finalized. Please check your item list carefully before finalizing your order.

If there is an issue processing your payment, you will be contacted immediately. If you do not respond within three  (3) business days, your order will be cancelled.

Rest assured, all payments are processed securely.

Shipping

Packages will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail (rush orders). Large orders will be shipped via UPS.

At this time, please allow additional time for shipping. Due to COVID-19, our vendors and shipping partners have been overwhelmed but doing their best to satisfy orders and deliver goods as best as they can.

Refund Policy

SereneNSassySoul cannot guarantee purity of Delights once the safety seal is broken therefore, unauthorized returns/refunds are not allowed. In the event of a processing error, SereneNSassySoul will absolutely authorize the return of incorrect or defective merchandise and pay return shipping costs. Please carefully inspect all Delights upon arrival and report any problems or need for replacement within 48 hours of receipt.

Privacy Policy

SereneNSassySoul respects your privacy and will never share or sell any of your information. All website transactions and payment processing hardware are secure and updated as required. Your payment information is not stored unless you add this information to your personal account.
